I forgot to take a picture of my dinner Oh well Here's the rough recipe though Take salsa (any type) and cream cheese (I used whipped because it's easier to use), mix it in a slow cooker, place chicken pieces (the recipe in the book calls for thighs, but you can use breast) on top and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. When the timer is done, break up the chicken and shred the pieces with a fork. Serve with cauliflower rice on the side.

Requests (UPDATE!)

As many of you know, it has been literally ages since I'm posted up art or done any recent art. This journal is basically meant as an art challenge for me. And so... I'm doing three requests! ^^ If anyone's wanting an art request done, leave a comment. Unfortunately, this is a first come, first serve. So if you want it, don't be afraid to ask. Anime STL

Have just recently returned from the infamous anime gathering of Anime STL. Not as huge as some other conventions, but it was lively and fun as the last. Just wished I could have stayed just a bit longer to attend other various events. Met some great and kind artists, along with distributing some of my cupcakes. Glad that they were enjoyed, though hopefully my own company was just as sweet and likeable. Still without no internet, so I pop up on rare occassion. Hopefully, in the next month or so I can obtain it and get back to submitting more art. Watch out DA, I'll be returning before long!
